The Chipkin Modbus Weather server can be used to test your Modbus TCP master devices my polling an online Modbus TCP server for values. The values are the local weather based on the zip code.
To connect to the Chipkin Modbus Weather test server use the following connection settings.
IP address: 178.128.239.15
Slave Address: 255
Function supported: 1,2,3,4,5,6,15,16

To test the Modbus weather test server you can use the CAS Modbus Scanner (A Windows Modbus TCP/RTU Master client tool)
